About Us

Welcome to Beatrice Carter, we are a family run, award winning Property Management Agent, located in Mildenhall.  

We are best known for our work with the United States Air Force. We have homed thousands of US service personnel whilst they are serving their country here in the United Kingdom. In 2013, we added selling houses to our portfolio. We have proven that you do not need multiple offices and a large team to get good results. We have worked very hard to be awarded the Best In County award for five consecutive years in Suffolk at the ESTAS.

Here at Beatrice Carter we are a family run, independent, award-winning Residential Property Agent. With a wealth of experience and local knowledge.


We are celebrating 26 years in business within Mildenhall and surrounding area. Our business was set up to meet the housing demand required by United States Air Force personnel for RAF Mildenhall, RAF Lakenheath and RAF Feltwell. 
Our office is on Field Road and we offer FREE private parking right outside our office. When you are new in town this is the place to come!
