Carol Jaggard
Managing Director
Carol co-founded Beatrice Carter Property with her daughter, Helen Jaggard, in 1994, establishing Mildenhall’s first specialist US Air Force lettings agency. From day one, her mission was clear, to provide a trusted, personal service for RAF Mildenhall and RAF Lakenheath personnel relocating to the area.
For more than twenty years, Carol led the business from the front, building a reputation for professionalism, care, and integrity that still defines Beatrice Carter Property today. Her strong connection with the USAF community remains a key part of the agency’s identity.
Between 2005 and 2009, Carol served as Honorary Squadron Commander for the 488th Intelligence Squadron, the 727th Air Mobility Squadron, and the 95th Reconnaissance Squadron — an experience she describes as “an honour I shall never forget.”
Carol’s legacy continues through the next generations of the Jaggard family, who proudly carry forward the same principles she built the business on trust, dedication, and genuine care for every client.
Terrie Jaggard
Financial Director
With over 23 years at Beatrice Carter Property, Terrie brings a serious depth of experience to the business and is one of the most knowledgeable professionals in the Mildenhall lettings industry.
Starting her career as a Lettings Negotiator, Terrie worked her way up through every part of the company to become Financial Director — a role that reflects both her expertise and her commitment to the agency’s continued success.
She now oversees all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear communication with landlords and contractors. Her attention to detail and consistency have made her a trusted point of contact for countless clients over the years.
Terrie’s long-standing presence and calm professionalism have played a key role in shaping Beatrice Carter Property into the award-winning, family-run agency it is today.


Alex Stimpson
Lettings Manager
Alex has been at Beatrice Carter Property for over 12 years and has mastered the business and all it's aspects. Her main duties include dealing with new landlords who wish to use our services to find them tenants for their Homes. Alex is also in charge of the quarterly inspections which ensures our homes are the very best standard. "At Beatrice Carter Property, we treat our landlords homes like our own".
Brad Jaggard
Sales Negotiator
I joined the family business in 2020 after graduating from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, stepping in as the third generation of my family to Beatrice Carter Property.
From the start, I’ve focused on one thing, presentation sells. Whether it’s a rental or a sale, I make sure every property looks its absolute best through high-quality photography, video tours, and drone footage. I handle every shoot myself because I know what catches attention online and what gets ignored.
I’ve grown up around this business, and I care about how people experience it. You won’t get passed between departments or wait days for replies. If you’re selling or letting through me, you get direct access to my WhatsApp line, quick answers, honest advice, and a real person who knows your property inside out.
In 2025, I joined the Royal British Legion’s National Sleep Out, building a makeshift shelter from our own Beatrice Carter Property sales boards and raising over £900 for veterans. It reminded me why local community still matters and why small, family-run businesses like ours have a responsibility to give back. That Video is here if you'd like to watch -
Outside of work, I’m usually behind a camera, flying my drone, or hiking in the Lake District Fells.

Luke Heffer

Meet Luke! Luke joined Beatrice Carter Property in October 2024, bringing fresh energy and a real focus on customer care to the team. With a solid background in customer service and property support, he’s quickly become known for his proactive approach and genuine commitment to helping clients feel at ease, whether they’re renting, buying, or managing through us.
Luke’s professionalism and attitude haven’t gone unnoticed; he’s regularly commended by Base Housing for his positive communication and quick action in resolving issues for USAF tenants and landlords alike. Clients appreciate that when Luke says he’ll handle something, it actually gets done.
Outside of work, Luke is a passionate car enthusiast who enjoys attending local car meets and keeping up with the latest automotive trends. That same enthusiasm and attention to detail carry through to his work, ensuring every client interaction is personal, informed, and handled with care.

Zaneta Marriot
Lettings Administrator
Zaneta plays a key role behind the scenes at Beatrice Carter Property, keeping the office running smoothly and supporting both the lettings and management teams.
Working closely with Terrie, she helps coordinate everything from move-ins to maintenance updates, making sure our landlords and tenants get fast, accurate information every time.
Known for her calm, friendly nature, Zaneta is often the first to help when something needs sorting and she does it with genuine care. Her reliability and commitment make her an integral part of how we deliver the level of service Beatrice Carter is known for.
