"Do your tenancy agreements include Military clauses?"-
Yes they do, you can be sure when you are signing your tenancy agreement that we have included a military clause. We are the local experts who have led the way in ensuring our USAF tenants have the best experience whilst they are stationed here.
"Can I extend my lease after a year?"
Yes! We love it when the lovely tenants we meet wish to extend their Lease another year, This can be done with ease without any re-signing of documents. This also saves you moving to a different property which will cost you money from BASE. So make the right decision and choose a Beatrice Carter property and you won't want to leave!
What do we do for you:
1. We type your Lease agreement which is fully compliant with Housing regulations which includes a Military Clause.
2. We complete your FMO form which you need for appliances, such as Fridge Freezer, Washing machines and more.
3. We take care of your Council Tax which you are exempt from paying.
4. We ensure that whilst you are in the UK you have the whole Beatrice Carter Team by your side.
